Everyday wear like scratches and dents, damage from drops or misuse, and lids left in the dishwasher.

Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it is a covered fault, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

We build these to last and we back them properly. If something goes wrong within the warranty period and it is on us, we will make it right.

This warranty sits alongside your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here reduces those rights.
